The political class and their beloved persons have enough security in this country. Govt spends on their security without limit. But the common man has little or no security. The security system must be changed. Police force must be categorized in to Leaders Security Force dedicated for Politicians, Common man security force for public, investigating team for law and order maintenance and court proceedings and Intelligence team. One branch staff must not be allocated to other so that the focus and vigil remains high.
